  Changed out my wood burning fireplace to gas log fireplace. Denzel was very informative and up front about pricing and what I needed. Saul was the installer. He was punctual, polite, and professional. Very clean and meticulous- did an excellent job and explained how to turn it on and watched me light it. Highly recommend this company and Saul who went above and beyond to be helpful.

  While searching online for fireplace doors for our Highlands, NC home, I came across the site for AMS Fireplace. I was intrigued by the huge selection of fireplace doors, and found exactly what I was searching for. After completing and submitting the online questionnaire,I was promptly contacted by Mitchell, a sales representative with AMS, who thoroughly explained the ordering process to include detailed instructions on how to measure my fireplace opening. After submitting my order, I was promptly contacted by the AMS fabrication department to review my measurements and the specifications of my order. While waiting for my custom fireplace doors to be fabricated, I was updated several times by Ana on the progress and when I would be receiving my order. My order arrived promptly and was so well packaged that it took me more than an hour just to unpack it. The installation process was straightforward and not difficult. I am thrilled with the outcome of my fireplace doors from AMS. As you can see from my photos, the doors are beautiful, extremely well made and of high quality material. I would highly recommend AMS Fireplace for all you fireplace needs. These folks are a pleasure to deal with. LarryH

  Very poor experience with AMSFireplace, whom are just a clearing house for other companies products. So logistics should be the core business gold . however, I attempted to have them deliver a product and advised them that a delivery would not work and they would have to use a smaller delivery vehicle. This proved to be too difficult for the logistics program and they end up just simply canceling the order I can deal with another clearing house. This Organization is inept and I would not do business with them again. Very unhappy customer. I’m gonna go to West down who is also just a clearing house for furniture and products like this but at least they are consistent. You pay a little bit more but they come through so go pound salt AMS.

  Price seemed fair for an online delivery order. This is how they packed my items. Everything was damaged and the screws were missing. I don’t recommend ordering anything online from them; they don’t pack your items appropriately, they obviously don’t care!
