Jason and his team were fast, efficient and gave us all of our options for our fireplace. Gene was super friendly and pleasant. They came out for a free estimate, gave us our options and were able to come out the next week to complete the project! We love our fireplace and are very grateful for their fast response.
This company installed our chimney liner incorrectly, and we suffered chimney fires as a result. After multiple visits, they still hadn't fixed the problem. Ultimately, we had to pay another company thousands of dollars to have their liner removed and a new one put in.
I am so happy that I chose American Eagle to clean my chimneys. Both techs were friendly, nice people. They worked fast and explained everything in detail. Cleanup was also excellent. I am having them come back to do repair work in the Spring. I highly recommend this business.
