The service technicians called to schedule an earlier appointment which worked out great and they came on time. That was so much better that waiting all day. They were both very professional and polite and got right to work cleaning the flue that goes between our heater and chimney. The job was done to complete satisfaction, the price was very fair and I will absolutely be doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend Allen Chimney.
By far the best experience we've had!!! We called up Allen Chimneys after having a terrible experience with a different company. They saved the day! Theron repaired the cracks in our wood burning fireplace, patiently taught us about proper use as we are first time owners, AND kept the surrounding area spotless as he worked. 100% recommend and will most definitely be a returning customer.
We had a lovely experience with Allen Chimneys! After purchasing our home this past summer we wanted to convert our gas fireplace back to its original wood burning state. Allen Chimneys sent out someone for a free estimate within a few days of reaching out to them. We decided to go with them and after 4 days of work we were able to have a beautiful fire in our house. We had such a great experience! We unfortunately had a chimney fire and that evening we called Allen Chimney ( it was a Sunday night) we immediately got a called back and the owner was at our house the next morning. They started the job right away and the workers were on time everyday, covered all furniture inside, and answered any questions we had. Highly recommend
Definitely recommend! They showed professional attitude and knowledge, coupled with friendly service. Theron obviously loves his job! Before the service appointment, he communicated clearly and showed up on time. He spotted the problem right away and taught me how to avoid any future issues. He took his time, and then gave me a super fair price!!
