I was in need of a chimney sweep company I did call air duct chimney guys they were very easy to book the technician was on time he did a full fireplace inspection and and said I need to clean the fireplace and to do a chimney top repair because I hade cracks on the top of my chimney crown exterior by the end air duct chimney guys did an fantastic job explaining me the process of there work and solving it instantly I thank you guys and I will definitely use them again for my annual chimney inspection and dryer vent cleaning services my technician was Samuel and I thank him! also I added photos for you guys to see them cleaning my air ducts and free standing chimney stove
Wonderful service! We had two chimneys cleaned and inspected. The technician was knowledgeable, fair, thorough and very tidy. 10 out of 10 do recommend.
Hired chimney sweep service from them twice. Repair during 2nd service didn't hold. Called 3x for them to come out, reinspect and repair. Each time I was told a technician would call me back within 5 minutes. No call. 2nd call scheduled an appointment, no show, no call, no communication whatsoever. Poor service, poor quality, no call/no show.
They did a good job of cleaning out the chimney, air ducts (from what was visible at least), and the dryer vent. They are also very nice when they spoke with my wife or myself. The price was also decent. However, when my wife and I returned home later that night we found soot all over the living room, including our vintage couch set and my expensive laptop. I had to make a Home Depot run to replace the filters they threw away for my A/C intake (overall cost was around $50), and to buy a new mop because our swiffer mop was needing a pad replacement every few sweeps. I found it to be a bit disrespectful to be so inconsiderate of our personal belongings, and every time I spoke with the company about what happened I was told they would get back to me, but they never did. You get what you pay for I guess and the only reason I didn't put less stars was because the price and they are generally nice people it seems like.
The guys did a professional and very thorough job. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their system cleaned. Up front pricing with no add ons.
