I had a great experience with Adfordable Chimney Sweeps. Bonnie was a pleasure to work with over the phone: friendly, responsive, and clear. Scott, Jeff, and Colby were all involved in my project, and each of them was timely, courteous, and professional. Their pricing felt very fair for the level of service I received. What really stood out is the care they take to leave your home exactly as they found it. They clearly take pride in their work, whether it’s chimney repairs, flue clean-outs, or servicing pellet and wood stove vents and caps. I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing chimney work done right.
Can't say enough good things about this company and its employees. As a company, they are easy to get a hold of, responsive, and very helpful over the phone when scheduling a service. Brandon, the technician who performed the inspection, was great. He explained everything in detail and guided me through the inspection and his findings. I had plenty of extra questions, and he didn't hesitate to answer and give me his opinion. Pricing was very fair. I would definitely call them again for service.
Had Affordable Chimney Sweeps clean my chimney and they came right at the start of the 2 hour window they gave. Colby and Dan were very professional and personable. The service didn't take long at all and they explained what they were doing along with some issues with my chimney. There was no pressure to do more work but Colby did explain my options when I asked what could be done. I highly recommend these guys as once I decide what I want to do, I'm reaching out to them again.
Brandon was great!! A complicated project that involved meeting with other contractors and Brandon was very accommodating so that all companies could be here at the same time to address the issue. Brandon offered solutions to the issue and is willing to work with the other contractors to fix the issue. Brandon is a great representative of Affordable Chimney Sweeps. Bonnie is great also!! Bonnie helped coordinate a scheduled visit for Brandon. Bonnie was very helpful and accomodating and followed up to ensure that the appointment time was ok with GLSS. Bonnie and Brandon are great!! Affordable chimney sweeps is a great company to work with!!
Excellent, friendly service. Colby and Daniel asked to come in, explained in detail what they were doing and why then proceeded to get the job done. They arrived early and were done fast without rushing. Friendly chatting all around and at the end Colby described what I would get in my email to present to the HOA. If I need the service again I’ll call without hesitation.
