Very disappointed. Went to AES Hearth to purchase a gas stove for an out of state property and was told I couldn't purchase from them due to the fact the couldn't install & service. Sad for a local family owned company to lose on a gas stove & possible swim spa purchase.
I bought a propane fireplace insert to replace a wood stove that was here when I purchased my home. All my interactions with this company have been positive. They all seem to want to help. Todd was in charge of the install and it was handled in a professional manner and he did not mind me looking over his shoulder and answering my questions. Had a small problem with the metal surround and they sent out Ian to evaluate. Ian determined that we just needed to replace the surround so that is what AES did. The new surround is installed now and is looking beautiful and all is working well. This company has been great to deal with customer service and professionalism wise.
AES is a great company Ian & Carlton arrived on time they were very nice told us what they were going to do for our fireplace. Did a great job cleaning up. You don’t even know they were there. We will be using you every year to keep our home safe
Once again, these folks came through! Bryce was great. Cleaned my Moms pellet stove and got it running. Answered all my questions about switching over to a gas insert, because Mom is not getting any younger and hauling pellets in the house is getting hard for her. I love this company.
Had a set of old gas logs removed from a fireplace and the gas line capped. Ian & Carlton were professional, friendly, and efficient. They got the work done quickly and left everything clean. Thank you!
