  I had Advanced Chimney Cleaning inspect the fireplace and chimney in the home I just purchased. Eric spent a lot of time going through everything in detail and explained his findings clearly. He answered all my questions without rushing me, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the fireplace turned out to be unsafe, but Eric walked me through several possible solutions. There was no pressure to commit to anything, just honest guidance. Shelby in the office was also great to work with and kept everything organized. Overall, a very professional and thorough experience.

  Advanced Chimney Cleaning has definitely earned a customer for life. From the very first phone call with Shelby, who was so sweet and accommodating over the phone, to Eric’s in-home inspection and cleaning, the entire experience was exceptional. Our chimney hadn’t been used since 2017, and Eric took the time to thoroughly inspect and clean everything, answer all my questions, and educated me about our old fireplace. He’s extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained what would be needed moving forward to safely use our chimney again. I truly appreciate the outstanding service. Thank you so much!!!!

  I highly recommend Advanced Chimney Cleaning. I had rain leaking down my chimney and had Eric come out for an inspection, he took his time and thoroughly inspected the chimney all parts looked fine, he found tree debris clogging drain holes in the drip pan, cleaned and corrected and hopefully we are ready for the next storm!. As a business owner it is nice to meet an honest and thorough service technician, as so many are not.

  Eric was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained in detail the condition of our fireplace and chimney. We were shown pictures of an issue which needed to be addressed so that we could see for ourselves what he was explaining. He and Shelby were both very friendly and easy to work with.   this is a great company. As far as I’m concerned, they will be the only company that ever deal with cleaning my chimney. They were extremely thorough and I feel confident with the pictures and the videos that they took that I went to the right company. When I first researched different companies, I will admit this company cost a little more than everybody else, but it was well worth it he came with every tool he needed and provided me the video footage of going up the chimney and the pictures of everything. I will only use them from now on.
