  I cannot recommend Boaz highly enough. What turned out to be a family of squirrels lodged in my fireplace was a very unpleasant experience for everyone involved and a complex, stressful situation overall. After pest control, wildlife control, multiple fireplace services, and even biohazard cleanup companies all told me they couldn't help, Boaz got it done. He came up with a creative solution to remove the animals while preserving my fireplace components, so nothing had to be replaced. The fireplace itself was left in great condition - cleaned and sanitized. The surrounding area was understandably messy, and while that type of cleanup isn't necessarily his job, he still did what he could with the tools he had. Throughout the process, Boaz clearly explained how the issue was resolved, what remediation steps were taken, and what could be done to prevent this from happening again. He was personable, reassuring, and communicative during an otherwise awful experience. The cost was a bit hefty, but well communicated. Like I said, nobody else would even touch this project, so I am grateful that it is done. If you're dealing with a difficult or unusual chimney or wildlife situation that others won't touch, Boaz is absolutely the person to call.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They showed up on a Tuesday when my appointment was on Friday. I work night shift so I was woken up by phone calls and banging on my door. Booking screwed up it happens I get it. When making the appointment I told them I needed someone who was very knowledgeable in pellet stoves. “Of course we will send our best tech out!” When the guy got here he didn’t cover his boots with booties, walked all over my brand new carpet with dirty boots then said he didn’t really know much about pellet stoves. He doubled the price and he never gave me a receipt. The best part is my pellet stove still doesn’t work! What a rip off. Do not use this company. The company is saying they didn’t come and I didn’t make an appointment is not true. They use an answering service which I called on Oct 9th. Appointment made under my husband name. I have Ring proof of van and guy who is outsourced through them to do the work. Still no receipt and guy did not wear boot covers. Still a non working pellet stove. I have the employees phone number as he had to text me to wake me up since I was asleep since he came on the wrong day.
