  We’ve relied on these chimney sweeps for many years, and they always provide top-notch, professional service. The team is very knowledgeable and certified, and they make sure to leave the work area just as clean as when they arrived. Recently, Patrick and Isaiah handled a big project for us: they installed a new flue liner in our burner flue and added an outside access for easier cleaning. Our old flue and clean out were oddly shaped, which made the job a bit challenging, but they handled everything smoothly. We feel confident every time we use their services.   I’m really happy with the chimney sweep service we received. We had an urgent need for a chimney cleaning after our furnace started acting up, and the team arrived quickly to help us out. Jorge and Marvin were efficient and kept everything tidy, which was impressive since our finished basement has a lot of tightly arranged furniture.   We recently moved into a 47-year-old home in King of Prussia with three fireplaces and two chimneys. After our first fire, we noticed creosote buildup on the roof and in the yard, so we knew it was time to call in the experts. We reached out for a chimney inspection, and Patrick came out to take a look. He thoroughly checked all three chimneys and found that they were not safe for use, especially the kitchen fireplace, which had experienced a chimney fire in the past. Patrick took detailed photos of all the problem spots, including inside the flues, and provided us with a clear, itemized estimate for repairs. The kitchen fireplace box needed to be completely rebuilt, and new liners were required for all three flues. The chimney caps were also replaced since they had failed, and the wood stove connection in the lower level was brought up to code for safety. Throughout the process, the team was respectful of our home and worked around our busy schedule. Isaiah was fantastic with communication, keeping us updated every step of the way and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction.   I had a great experience with this chimney sweep company. I had a few different companies come out to check my fireplace and chimney, but these folks were by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I really liked how their quote included clear photos and explanations of everything they found and recommended. Isaiah came out to do the inspection, and he was excellent—very thorough and friendly. When it came time for the repairs, Ernest and Darius did fantastic work and paid close attention to detail. The final result looks great. I’ll definitely be calling them for any future chimney or fireplace needs.
