Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. He did what he said and was not pushy, laid options out, if I wanted did not try to upsell. Was communicative and set up the appointment quickly. Matt responded to me promptly about cracked refractory panels. Another company told me if I didn't replace it, it would damage my fireplace, and they wanted $1,200 for one panel. Matt talked to me about the panel and told me I could replace it, but it wasn't going to hurt it if I didn't unless there were chunks out of it. He talked to me about the pros and cons and wasn't pushing me for anything. He quoted me $400-$500 to replace the panel. I will FOR SURE be hiring Matt from now on for all my fireplace and chimney needs.
