Unlike competitors in the area, professionalism was spot-on. They live up to their name! I called and they actually answered their phone. I made an appointment a month in advance and they showed up on time. I was previously ghosted by a competitor, no call no show on the scheduled appointment. I should have called Above the Rest first! Service was great and I received good advice for this coming winter in regards to my hard-working wood stove. Price was fair, I would have been suspicious had it been cheaper as my chimney was beyond filthy! Don't cut corners with something as dangerous as creosote! Recommend!
