Pro:Two people came they were transparent with the price and with the work that needed to be done or not done . They worked at a good pace . Did not try to over sell . Rodriguez very hard worker and pleasant. Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaned the chimney and the hvac ducts around the house . The price was 725 overall . Recommended bundling if able. 550 for 15 ducts 20 for every duct afterwards. Cons : Price of other stuff like dryer vents cleaning sounded expensive for not being in the roof and chimney repair seemed also more expensive than the cleaning get different quotes from other companies to compare.
I had a great inspection with Adam. It was timely and professional. He was very honest and didn't try to upsell me, and the estimate for the needed repairs was a better price than I prepared myself for. He also found something weird with my furnace ventilation, and discussed through realistic priorities with me, how long each repair could safely wait, and what I can do to minimize carbon monoxide danger in the meantime. I will definitely be going with them for my repairs when the holidays are over.
