  I contacted AAA Timberline along with several other chimney repair companies in the spring to get quotes for replacing my crumbling chimney, which is over 100 years old. Their price was reasonable, even three times lower than one of the competitors. They offered me various solutions, including a more maintenance-free option that involved removing the exterior brickwork. They showed up weeks ahead of schedule and completed the job in just one day. After finishing, they did a fantastic job cleaning up, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of chimney repair or replacement

  What a super great experience, called for a service to have our fire place checked cleaned and just an overall look over , one of the owners came over , (Jeff), what a Gentleman, he completely checked our fireplace place inside and out , went over everything , basically a fireplace 101, learned a lot on the do’s and don’t’s and how to care for and maintain our fireplace, we would so recommend and trust this company with anything you need them for, truly an honorable trusting company , thank you Jeff for making us feel safe and more knowledgeable, your very appreciated Thank You Dale & Mary

  I had an old, tall, brick vent chimney and needed to vent my new boiler/water heater up. They brought the vent chimney down 10 feet to the allowable height, pointed, cleaned up, installed a new cap and ran the vent up. They did a great job, very professional and very nice to work with. Highly recommend them.

  My wife called way back in February for a part fix on our fireplace. Her review is further below if you want more details, but to summarize, they forgot about us. They said they would make it right and prioritize our order and install, and as you can see, it’s been 4 more months and we’ve had 1 more phone call with them in the middle of July where they said “oh we didn’t order the part because we weren’t sure you still wanted it”. I’m not sure if there’s just poor communication between the workers, or If they genuinely don’t care about their customers, but they have caused so many more problems for my family, as we now need to find a company who will replace this piece before it gets cold, which is now weeks away instead of months. At every turn we thought they would do the right thing, but it seems at every turn we were wrong.

  After contacting 26 different businesses and contractors to install our metal chimney, AAA was one of the only a few to even respond. In order to expedite the job we purchased all our own piping and stove, with AAA giving us guidance along the way to make sure we were buying the right materials. Their pricing for the install was very competitive and fair, and they had the job done great in two days. We’ve been using the stove nonstop since heat our home. Thanks to everyone at AAA Timberline for the terrific work. If we need any work done at the next house we know who to call!
