Tom came out today and repaired my gas fireplace, and he also added a remote control to make it easier to use. I recently moved my mom in with me, and with the colder weather and her being a fall risk, having a safe and simple way for her to operate the fireplace was very important to us. Tom didn’t just fix the fireplace—he made it incredibly easy and safe for my mom to turn it on and off. He was professional, well-presented, courteous, and respectful of our home.
