  We had a very positive experience with Gabe and Rob. They showed up on time, spent most of the day repairing our chimney that needed a lot of work. They took their time and did a fabulous job. The before and after photos were really amazing. We are very happy with the quality of their workmanship and their easy going nature.

  I used this company twice in the last 3 years. The first time, I was struck by how honest they were. Roto Roter told me I needed a new chimney liner and that they could do it now, but it was going to cost me a ton of money. Then I said "wait, let me get a second opinion", and on a whim called these guys. So glad I did! They came the next day and said the liner was fine and all I needed was a thorough chimney cleaning (which was a fraction of the cost). I was taken aback by their honesty. These days, it's somewhat rare to see that -- a company who is more interested in earning a customer's trust and keeping a customer happy that making money. This is one of those companies. I don't think there's higher praise than that. The last time I used this company (yesterday) was no different. They came over and expertly installed a chimney cap because I was having issues with squirrels nesting there. After the chimney cap was installed, I found a day later that two squirrels had been hiding and were now trapped in there with the new chimney cap. I called A-Tec Chimney back, they came the same day, and were excellent at communicating with me throughout. The two guys that came to actually remove the squirrels were so professional. I was amazed at the way they gently removed two live squirrels out of the chimney and released them safely into the wild. It was a sight to see. This company is just great.

  Punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonably priced! We had Tony and Brendan as our A Tec Chimney techs and they were so awesome! Punctual, informative, patient, and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job installing our pellet stove and cleaning our chimney flues. The value of their service exceeds the price they charge, which usually is the other way around with other companies! Definitely recommend this company!

  Jason and Brandon did a great job cleaning my chimney. While at my home, they kind enough to check on an issue with a separate chimney issue and completed a quick fix at no charge. I’d highly recommend them for your chimney needs.

  Tony S. And his partner were the techs who came out to my inspection. Everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional from scheduling right down to my inspection/cleaning and a quick turnaround, I booked and in a few days they were there when I'm sure it's their busiest time of year! Tony gave me some great advice and information about how to optimize my existing setup and also add a wood stove in an old chimney in the basement, something I haven't thought of! This is for sure my new chimney company!!!
