Easy to work with and easy to schedule appointments. Respectful and courteous. I have scheduled for chimney cleanings and a wood stove installation and I'm happy with all the work done.
Kyle helped us install a new wood stove insert in an existing fire place. He was extremely helpful through the whole process (we had used, but never bought/installed a new stove) from buying the right stove, helping install it, to walking us through the seasoning process. It’s hard to write an entertaining review when all goes exactly as you would wish. We needed to have the chimney of our newly purchased home inspected before we used it. We reached out to a number of chimney sweeps and Ian was the only one to respond within a reasonable time. Ian arrived promptly as scheduled. He did a thorough inspection and pointed out issues I had already expected. He had an estimate to me within a few days and scheduled the work as soon as I accepted the estimate. As far as I can tell, the new liner is installed as it should be and we can now use the stove with confidence. Ian was both personable and very professional. Excellent Service!!! Kyle called the day before to confirm his scheduled time, which was appreciated. Kyle and his assistant arrived promptly and went straight to work.
