  The chimney sweep team arrived right on schedule and greeted us warmly. Before starting, they carefully covered the area around our fireplace to keep everything clean and tidy. Jaxon and Randall took the time to walk us through every step of the chimney inspection and sweeping process, pointing out what they found and sharing helpful information about our fireplace and chimney. Although their written report was short, the team explained everything clearly in person, so we understood exactly what was done and the overall condition of our fireplace.   We recently had our wood burning fireplace converted to a gas log fireplace. We stopped by the office to get more information, and Thomas was very patient, explaining the whole process and answering our questions. Later, we called and both Thomas and Malachi were extremely helpful over the phone as well. When the team came out to our home in Blue Ridge, they arrived on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They wore booties to protect our floors and carefully covered the work area so our carpet stayed clean. After finishing the job, they cleaned up everything and walked us through how to use our new gas log fireplace safely, pointing out what to watch for in the future. Before leaving, they thoroughly explained the invoice and made sure we understood everything. We are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing chimney sweep or fireplace work.
