I cannot recommend Merrie Sweepe more! They came to my house when we were in a really bad situation and moved quickly to provide us with a safe and cost effective solution. Bill and the rest of the team were thorough, friendly and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. The customer service team communicated regularly and consistently. It was just a wonderful experience all around.
Samuel and Igor were great--friendly, knowledgeable, took time to answer all my questions and explain the various tasks they were doing. They were very thorough, put drop clothes down everywhere, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Explained the various items of their inspection and noted certain items that did not need current attention but that we should continue to monitor. We were very pleased!

Great service from techs Nate & Sam. Inspection report detailed areas of concern and suggested repairs for each of the three flues. Techs took the time to explain their findings and answered all my questions. Swept the fireplace, leaving the living room in a clean and tidy condition. Scheduling was able to accommodate my request for service the week I called, which was appreciated. Happy customer!
