I shopped around for a replacement fireplace insert, but had no satisfying results until I went to a fireplace and more showroom. Rony explained everything in detail and the cost of my project. We agreed on a unit and it was installed with perfection. Rony takes pride in his work and the results show it. He recently came out to do a yearly routine service on it and I was impressed of his continued professionalism .Besides being an installer, he’s a friend and makes you feel comfortable. I have never received this kind of service with anyone else before. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a fireplace installed.
I LOVE A Fireplace Store and More! They are so knowledgeable and responsive. They have helped me out several times with quick service calls. Their maintenance techs are great, and their pricing is quite realistic. They even followed up with me after my service call to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend them.
EDITED: as far as service to fix our fireplace, I would not recommend this place. We had to call to get the first quote. Once we received and called back, we were told someone else had to come and check the fireplace. Once that was done, the new quote was for different repairs/replacement. Double the price from original. Got a second opinion from another company. Found out the first quote was all we needed done. Lito came out to check and clean our fireplace. Explained everything. Let us know what needed to be repaired. Cleaned up nicely when he was done. Would recommend.
Raul was our technician. A very knowledgeable and polite young man. He did a fantastic job cleaning and tuning up our fireplace. We have peace of mind knowing everything is safe and ready for winter.
We visited A Fireplace Store and were very impressed with the wide selection of inserts, log sets and other fireplace assesories. We purchased a log set and decided to have the fireplace painted black inside.
