Great experience. Originally, I had a different company come out, they charged 2x as much and didn't solve the problem. I found A-1 Duct Cleaning, they scheduled me in next day, and they cleaned out the vents properly. The issue was the previous owner installed siding over my dryer vent, so no matter how well you cleaned, the dryer wasn't venting and working properly. BUT, Luis from A-1 duct cleaning figured out where my duct was supposed to be by blowing air through the ducting. He showed me where it most likely was, and I cut open the siding and found the vent that was previously incognito. Luis saved me a TON of time in headaches + probably from a massive fire hazard. I contacted A-1 about dryer duct cleaning services on a Sunday and I had my ductwork cleaned and dryer flex duct replaced before 8p on Monday. I did not expect a response (they are closed on Sundays), but Phil and team came through for me. They responded quickly, booked a time that worked for my schedule, and conducted themselves professionally and courteously throughout the process. Luis showed up on schedule, worked quickly, and cleaned up as if he wasn't ever there! Great company, great service, highly recommend!

“The vent cleaning technician was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning our vents. He took off all the vents and scrubbed it all down. He did such a great job that I asked my husband if he bought new vents too . He was so thorough with his work and cleanup that you wouldn’t even know he was there. Everything was left spotless after he left .
