Another amazing job done by 1hr chimney. I have used them twice for fireplace repairs. Tony and the staff work extremely clean and professional. They start by laying down runners from the front door right to the work area. They explain what they are doing and let you know if they've found anything of concern. I can't recommend them enough. The techs that came to my house were Ivis and Bali . Both of them were absolutely amazing. Super cool,friendly and pure professionals. 1hour chimneys pricing is beyond great and very competitive. 1 hour chimney came to my rescue and was able to squeeze me in last minute on Christmas Eve. Sebi was knowledgeable, took time to figure out that the issue I’ve been dealing with for three years was not due to a bad roof, but due to the condensation going up to the chimney flue and not able to exit out. Andrew and Gady were efficient and did a thorough job. Time will tell but I’m hopeful I will not have this issue anymore. (Oh, and they were the best priced out of four quotes I received.)
